RP Sports
Now TherabodyRP Sports (Therabody) needed a way to use Squarespace to retain design control over the site, along with their payments provider Authorize.net, which did not integrate into Squarespace. In addition, they needed special tax and shipping calculation systems. RP Sports hired Pasley Hill to create an efficient online sales pipeline by connecting a custom Squarespace e-commerce page and Zoho CRM.

- Orders from SquareSpace automatically create a Sales Order, Invoice, and if a customer does not exist, they are created
- Integrate discount codes, product descriptions, and product images managed in Zoho CRM, and automatically imported into custom SquareSpace Ecommerce page
- A shipping system that builds packaging manifest for the shipping department to follow, and precisely calculates shipping costs.
Patriot Medical Distributors
Patriot Medical Distributors distributes Lymphedema treatment medical equipment through a network of partners, and they now rely on a medical system for order distribution built by Pasley Hill. Patriot Medical Distributors hired Pasley Hill to create a HIPPA-compliant order management web application for partners. Partners use the application to place and manage order delivery, distribution, and patient data.

- Each partner administrator can only view their company's orders, statuses, and manage them.
- Users get meaningful real time emails and notifications when orders have been updated.
- Insurance compliance paperwork is pre-filled with patient information and securely distributed.
- The shipping department is given an optimized interface that increases order distribution through the use of scanners, automation, and UPS shipping integration
Bent On Better
Bent-on-Better requested Pasley Hill build a mobile-optimized web application for a Scavenger Hunt event attended by gym members. The app was used by members on their phones while competing in a geography-based scavenger hunt where each team member would log in. They were to use the web app to navigate clues and submit photos and video evidence of scavenger hunt objectives. Those whose media is tallied and verified at the end, along with their completion time, would win.
- A single-page web application that would run on android or iPhone devices
- The app used the Google Maps API to show the users current location in relation to where clues were on the map. Users were alerted when they were no longer in the correct area.
- A Google Sheet managed the application as its primary data source of users, questions/clues, and finally, the media submissions by team members.
- The users would upload high-quality photos and videos through the application and that data is stored as a submission in the corresponding Google Sheet tab.
- The client projects seasonal usage, and no personally identifying information is stored; therefore, the user database is also in Google Sheets.
- The gym staff would use the public links of the photos and videos referenced by the application to verify who won.
- The Google Sheet data inform the application questions, and when Gym staff change questions, they would change the application view.
